The University Database and Programming Department is

responsible for the creation and administration of the University database, software products, emails; working on and offering consulting regarding the university website and other software products.

A significant share of the University information is managed through the database system:

University Programs and program descriptions;
University courses, course description and syllabi;
Information in “My UG” (student scores, absences, examination and lecture schedules, fresh information, registration for a semester)
Data related to the professors of the University;
Data related to the administration and other staff;
Personal information of Students, etc.
