Eka Jeladze - Invited lecturer - leads the course "change management in the organization". She is the Doctor of Philosophy in Information Society Technologies at Tallinn University, Estonia. Her research interests include technology-enhanced learning, change management in educational organizations, innovation management. Eka Jeladze completed courses and training on technology integration in education in Europe and USA. As a Hubert Humphrey exchange student, she received the diploma of Education planning, Administration, and Management at Pennsylvania State University. Eka has published articles in international scientific journals. She has extensive experience working in large-scale projects in Georgia and Europe.
