Vazha Mamiashi - he is a PhD of Archeology. He is the author of 21 scientific publications (both in local and international refereed journals), he is and co-author and 4 monographs. He participated in 17 local, and 5 international conferences. His scientific research priority areas are archaeological research of medieval periods Georgian sites, Christian monuments, and burial structures. He has participated in numerous local and international archaeological expeditions (Nekresi, Dmanisi, Gremi, Mtskheta, Chiatura, Bolnisi, Failaka (Kuwait), and other expeditions), and related international scientific research.
