Vazha Mamiashi - he is a PhD of Archeology. He is the author of 25 scientific publications (both in local and international refereed journals), he is and co-author and 4 monographs. He participated in 20 local, and 5 international conferences. His scientific research priority areas are archaeological research of medieval periods Georgian sites, Christian monuments, and burial structures. He has participated in numerous local and international archaeological expeditions (Nekresi, Dmanisi, Gremi, Mtskheta, Chiatura, Bolnisi, Failaka (Kuwait), and other expeditions), and related international scientific research.
