Giorgi Jangiani, our guest lecturer, leads the introductory course on information security in English. He holds a Master's degree in European Public Policy from both the University of Central Europe (Hungary) and the University of York (United Kingdom). Additionally, he earned a master's degree in Diplomacy and International Politics from Tbilisi State University. With extensive experience in Georgia's information environment and media policy, Giorgi has spearheaded initiatives such as USAID's Disinformation Resilience Program and the Media Literacy Initiative at People In Need. His expertise encompasses digitization, adaptation of European policies, management of the information environment, combating disinformation, and providing consultation and training.
