Workshop on "Customer Experience Management" was conducted at the University of Georgia

On 28th of March, the UG Innovation Center - Startup Factory held a workshop on: “Customer Experience Management”.

Within the scope of lecture, factors that shape customer loyalty and the difference between loyalty and satisfaction were discussed.
