NLP techniques

On December 4th, a training session on NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) was held at the Contact Center. The training covered theoretical aspects of NLP, focusing on the planning and application of strategies such as the recipe for success, musical strategy, unlocking strategy, spelling strategy, and creativity strategy. It also included key psychocorrective methods like working with submodalities, the six-step reframing method, timeline therapy, phobia release technique, and the “overlay” method.

Participants explored solving psychological problems and seeking personal growth paths using NLP techniques.

 

Trainer: Temur Iosebadze — President of the Georgian Association of Psychotherapists and Clinical Psychologists and Associate Professor at Georgia University.
