A public lecture titled "Self-Motivation and Success" was organized by the Psychological Services and Analytics Center "Kontakt."
During the lecture, students explored the importance of the system of values and expectations, beliefs, goals, and self-esteem—demonstrated through theoretical and practical exercises—on achieving goals and experiencing success.
The lecture was delivered by Nodar Sarjveladze — psychologist, professor, academician of the Georgian Philosophical Academy, invited professor at Ivane Javakhishvili State University, and lecturer at Georgian University.
