Happiness and Well-being at Work

The training covered three key topics from positive psychology, based on Martin Seligman’s well-being model “PERMA,” Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi’s happiness theory “FLOW,” and Kim Cameron’s foundations of positive organizational development:

  • Opportunities for applying positive psychology in personnel management to achieve company goals

  • Work happiness and well-being’s impact on the quality of performed tasks

  • Positive leadership and positive energy within the organization
