Journalism Students Successfully Completed a Joint Online Course in Creative Writing in Collaboration with DePaul University, Chicago

Journalism students from both Georgia and the United States participated in a joint online course in creative writing, organized in cooperation with DePaul University in Chicago. This project promotes multicultural academic collaboration and the exchange of experiences. The program has been running since 2022.

The course was led by Miles Harvey, a well-known American journalist and author from DePaul University. Harvey is the author of several bestsellers and an experienced professor in international online education. He also visited Tbilisi to study Georgia’s history and culture.

From Georgia, the course curator was Salome Ugulava, Editor-in-Chief of the Digital Communications Department at Formula TV and the host of the talk show “Round Table.”
