Nino Beruashvili

• Has over 15 years of experience in human resources management and learning in various leading organizations. Currently serves as the Head of the Human Resources Management Department at the National Bank of Georgia. She has experience implementing interesting, significant, and transformative projects in the field of human resource management. Holds a Master’s degree in Psychology and has completed the Advanced Leadership Program at the Cambridge University Business School.

• She is a certified coach from Erickson International University and a board member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Georgia chapter. Additionally, she is a certified trainer in Emotional Intelligence (Rochemartin London).
