   An analysis of Georgia’s economic reforms, exploring whether they represent true liberalization or are a form of veiled state or elite control over the economy.

2. Party “Headlessness” — The Absence of Local/Regional Party Structures as a Defining Feature of Georgian Political Culture (System)
   A study of how the lack of grassroots party structures contributes to the weaknesses of Georgian political culture and the functioning of its political system.
