The topics will be discussed from the perspective of positive organizational psychology.

 

Tatia Turashvili – PhD in Psychology, Master’s in Educational Psychology, Positive Psychologist, Business Trainer and Management Consultant, Associate Professor at the Department of Psychology, University of Georgia, specializing in Positive Organizational Psychology.
Since 2003, she has worked on psychological well-being and happiness, being both a scientist and practitioner in the science of happiness. She collaborates with companies on positive leadership, sales management, workplace well-being, and personal development.
