The goal of the Early Childhood Development School is to provide University of Georgia students with a practice-based learning experience through a series of meetings. Within this framework, students will develop educational toys, tailored to the developmental characteristics of early childhood, intended for parents and others interested in early child development.
Reviewing information on the specific characteristics of early childhood development
Studying the stages of developmental play
Creating handmade educational toys based on the features of each play stage
Writing instructional guides and informative articles about the educational toys and their importance, aimed at parents and individuals interested in early childhood development
