On 24th of May, the University of Georgia will host a festival of Turkish culture organized by one of the student clubs – UG Oriental, with support of the UG School of Humanities.

Many interesting events are planned within the framework of the festival, such as: Georgian and Turkish folk dance, theatre of shadows, musical numbers etc.

The festival will be attended by the representatives of the Turkish Embassy in Georgia, members of the Turkish Cultural Center and representatives of relevant non-governmental organization.

Guests will have an opportunity to taste traditional Turkish cuisine.
