Graduation Ceremony 2020 is going to be held on the 5th of September. The University is planning to organize a memorable day for graduates. Graduates are able to either buy or rent your cap and gown.

The cost of a cap and gown if purchased is 75 GEL. The cost of rent 25 GEL. Graduates will be able to purchase or rent a cap and gown from the 10th of August till the 1st of September. Visit www.my.ug.edu.ge, open the link of Graduation2020, and fill out the required information. Courier will deliver the cap and gown locations so please write the accurate address. In case of incorrect information, the University disclaims the responsibility of delivering the cap and gown in proper time. You can pay the bill online and receive your seat number, after the registration at the link is complete.

Renting or buying cap and gown is only possible for the students who protected their diplomas or accumulated 240 credits. Also, students of single-cycled programs of Medicine and Dentistry who accumulated 300 or more credits.

Please note that you must return the rented cap and gown after the ceremony ends.
