An open seminar will be held at the University of Georgia on May 31st, entitled: "Literacy Society among Georgians as a Self-Organizing Civil Initiative in the Nineteenth Century."
The seminar will be conducted by Nino Doborjginidze, Doctor of Linguistics and Rector of Ilia State University.
