At first glance, everyone can think that propaganda is not as effective as used to ant that it is nearly incapable to form public opinion. However the effect of propaganda lies in the fact that it influences its victim without her/his being conscious of it.
On 14th of November, UG School of Social Sciences will host a public lecture of professor- Levan Ghambashidze on “How Propaganda Works”.
