Summer School in Germany

From July 19–26, within the cooperation between the Institute for Criminal Law at the University of Cologne and the Georgian, German and International Criminal Law Institute of the University of Georgia, and under the leadership of Professors Martin Wasmer and Bachana Jishkariani, the University of Cologne will host Law School students from the University of Georgia in Germany for the eighth time.

Funding (fully covered):

• Lectures with German professors
• Round-trip airfare
• Hotel with breakfast
• Cultural program
• Participants cover only additional meals and local transport (~€200).

Selection process (2 stages):

• Application screening
• Interview (Georgian and English)

Eligibility:

• Active 3rd–4th year LL.B. or LL.M. student at the University of Georgia Law School
• Above-average academic performance
• English level at least B2/C1
• Required documents (PDF):
