On December 4 at 12:00 PM, the University of Georgia will officially launch a new educational initiative for youth — the "Youth Ambassadors Program", designed to introduce motivated young people to the world of diplomacy, international relations, and global thinking.
The opening event will feature the Ambassador of Poland to Georgia, Mariusz Maszkiewicz, who will speak about the importance of diplomacy in global and Georgian contexts, career opportunities in diplomacy and international relations, the role of the UN, and Georgia–Poland diplomatic relations.
The long-term program offers participants the chance to meet ambassadors and representatives of diplomatic missions from more than 15 countries and international organizations, engage in discussions on global issues, and deepen their knowledge in diplomacy, international relations, and professional development.
The project is organized by the UN Model Association of Georgia and led by Executive Director Nino Mamalashvili.
