The University of Georgia’s School of Social Sciences invites high school students in grades X–XII to participate in a two-day simulation of international politics, media, and strategic communication.
Participants will take on specific roles, negotiate political issues, analyze media manipulation, make decisions, and work in teams to resolve an international crisis.
The project will take place in five cities: Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Telavi, Batumi, and Zugdidi.
Each city will host an independent competition. Winners will have the opportunity to participate in a joint summer final with the best participants from all five cities.
First simulation – Tbilisi
Dates: December 18–19
Location: University of Georgia, 77a Kostava Street, Tbilisi
Application deadline: November 25
Students in grades X, XI, and XII can apply through the UGNext application form.
