A simulation pharmacy serves as an integral component of the pharmaceutical curriculum, offering a platform for the practical application of theoretical understanding. Within this simulated environment, students engage in the resolution of situational tasks and the analysis of clinical cases. This experiential learning is facilitated through role-playing scenarios, such as pharmacist-patient interactions, pharmacist-doctor-patient consultations, and pharmacist-doctor-healthcare specialist collaborations.
Students are tasked with formulating comprehensive pharmaceutical cases, encompassing aspects of drug therapy, dispensation of medical provisions, proficiency in utilizing pharmaceutical software, among other pertinent elements. Subsequently, these pharmaceutical cases undergo meticulous review and evaluation to gauge the efficacy of the proposed solutions. This dynamic approach fosters a holistic comprehension of pharmaceutical practices, thereby augmenting the students' practical competencies in the field.
A simulation pharmacy is currently located in Building I, room 405.
