David Kereselidze holds law degree from Tbilisi State University (Georgia), as well as LL.M and doctoris iuris degrees from the University of Saarland (Germany). Mr. David is Professor of Private Law at the Tbilisi State University since 2001. He was Deputy Director of Georgian-European Policy and Legal Advice Centre. During the 2005-2008 he was Dean of the Tbilisi State University Law School. David Kereselidze was Director of National Centre for Educational Accreditation during the 2009-2010 and Director of National Centre for Educational Quality Enhancement in 2010-2011 years. During 2011-2012 Mr. David is advisor of Board of Trustees at The University of Georgia. 

At this moment he is the Rector of the New Vision University.
