Mobility Spring 2025-2026
  1. The number of places for mobility shall be determined according to the following rule::

  1. Within the limits of the maximum number of places provided for in the first paragraph of the Order, it is possible to change the number of places in individual programs/levels of academic higher education, taking into account student registrations.
  1. Students wishing to apply for mobility in Bachelor`s programs must submit an application to the university from February 16, 2026 to February 18, 2026 and attach the following documents to the application::
  •  Notarized school certificate, both in material form and in electronic version (JPG format);
  • Copy of both pages of the identity document, both in material form and in electronic version (JPG format);
  •  1 printed photograph (3X4) and electronic version (JPG format);
  •  Copy of the pages of the document confirming military registration where information about the owner is provided (in the case of boys), both in material form and in electronic version (JPG format);
  •  Extract from the order of enrollment in a higher educational institution, both in material form and in electronic version (JPG format);
  •  Certificate of student status or extract from the order of suspension/termination of status, both in material form and in electronic version (JPG format);
  • Student's study card (mark sheet), both in material form and in electronic version (JPG format);
  •  Syllabus of the subjects passed or a brief description (annotation) of each subject only in electronic version (in PDF format);
  •  In case the student studied at more than one university, it is necessary to submit the order of enrollment and expulsion, mark sheet from all previous universities, both in material form and in electronic versions (in JPG format), as well as syllabi or a brief description (annotation) of each subject only in electronic version (in PDF format).           
  1. For mobility in Master's programs from February 16, 2026 to February 18, 2026, the applicant must apply to the university with the relevant application and attach the following documents to the application:
  • Notarized copy of bachelor's diploma. (JPG format);
  • Original of the identity document, copy of the pages where the information about the owner is given and electronic version; (JPG format);
  • 1 printed photograph (3X4) and electronic version; (JPG format);
  • Original of the document confirming military registration, copy of the pages where the information about the owner is given and electronic version (in the case of boys); (JPG format);
  • Extract from the order of enrollment in a higher educational institution; (electronic version also). (JPG format);
  • Certificate of student status or extract from the order of suspension / termination of status; (electronic version also). (JPG format);
  • Student's study card (mark sheet), both a copy and an electronic version (JPG format);
  • An electronic version of the syllabi of the subjects taken or a brief description (annotation) of each subject (in PDF or JPG format);
  • In case the student studied at more than one university, it is necessary to submit the enrollment, expulsion, mark sheet and syllabi from the old university, both in material form and in electronic versions. (in JPG format);
  1. Electronic versions of the documents required for registration should be submitted on CD (JPG format);
  2. The student must appear on February 19 to familiarize himself/herself with the recognized credits;
  3. In order to recognize the credits received at another higher educational institution, the Credit Recognition Commission is authorized to require the student to present the syllabi of the passed components and/or to pass the exam.
  4. For the purpose of enrollment at the University of Georgia, an agreement is concluded between the student and the university.
