PhD Student of School Law, Rati Akhalaia has received a scholarship from Berlin Parliament

PhD Student of School Law, Rati Akhalaia has received a scholarship from Berlin Parliament to research his PhD thesis on “Europe legal compliance with Georgian legislation in the field of the criminal law and its revision competence” at the Humboldt University.
