Discussion on the research “After Putin: Alternative Centers of Power, Convergence and Conflict of Interests.”

On February 20, a discussion was held at University of Georgia on the research topic “After Putin: Alternative Power Centers, Alignment of Interests, and Conflict.” The event was organized by the University of Georgia Security, Policy and Nationalism Research Center (UGSPN).

The research project examined Russia’s political system, its internal dynamics, and hypothetical post-Putin scenarios. Notably, UGSPN conducted the study in cooperation with SCEEUS, which was also among the event’s co-organizers.

During the discussion, dozens of attendees were introduced to the key findings of the research and participated in further dialogue through a Q&A format. The University of Georgia Security, Policy and Nationalism Research Center (UGSPN) continuously and actively implements similar activities, focusing on the analysis and assessment of current global political issues.
