The School of Arts and Humanities at the University of Georgia held its annual Georgian calligraphy competition for international students.
Among dozens of participants, the winner was Lekshmi Kanaan, whose work received the highest evaluation from the jury. She was awarded symbolic gifts by the university.
It is worth noting that this competition is held annually to promote the Georgian language among international students at the University of Georgia. According to the university’s curriculum, all international students are required to study the Georgian language.
