On September 5-6, 2019, prof. Timothy Barrett took part in the International Conference - "Institutions, Governance and Regional Development". The topic of the presentation was - "Smart Privacy in the Smart City". The conference was orginized by the Caucasus Association of Regional Science in cooperation with Regional Science Association International (www.regionalscience.org) and Armenian State University of Economics (www.asue.am).

This conference aimed providing a scientific platform for academics and young researchers interested in spatial economics and planning, regional and local development and related issues.
