With the support of the Embassy of the Republic of Italy, the “Ars Gusto” Culinary Academy of the University of Georgia hosted “ALMA,” the international Italian culinary school.
ALMA is the largest and most prestigious specialized culinary school in Europe. As part of their visit, “Italian Days” were held at Ars Gusto, featuring masterclasses led by ALMA’s brand chef Stefano Carso and chef Daniela Antoniotti. The masterclasses on Italian pasta preparation included a full practical and theoretical course. After a week of intensive training, the Executive Director of the UG Culinary Academy, Ekaterine Nadashvili, and ALMA’s Director of the International Relations Department, Almos Gaceoti, awarded students bilingual international certificates.
The University of Georgia’s Culinary Academy “Ars Gusto” has been operating on the Georgian educational market for two years as the only culinary school that offers a complete culinary program, which includes:
* World Cuisine

The collaboration with the international culinary academy ALMA will allow students not only to strengthen their practical skills but also to broaden their employment opportunities.
