On 16th of February, the UG School of Law visited the Kakheti Regional Office located in Telavi. The purpose of the visit was to offer free legal assistance and a lecture for 11th and 12th graders regarding juvenile labor and personal data. Representative of School of Law provided free legal consultation to local residents on the following topics:
• Domestic partnerships;
• Privatization;
• Contractual relations (purchase, rent, gift, loan, etc.);
• Family and hereditary disputes;
• Labor disputes (exemption from public and private institutions);
• Issues related to registration of ownership rights.
