The Psychology Department of The University of Georgia has organized the conference “Current achievements and perspectives of psychology” on the 16^th of November.

The main speaches were about the current situation and development perspectives of the following fields of psychology: clinical psychology, legal psychology, social psychology; as well the psychology of the mood and its practical meaning and understanding.

 The academic staff and invited professors took part in the conference: Nana Burduli, Medea Despotashvili, Tinatin Tiabashvili, Rusudan Mkheidze, Temur Iosebadze, Zurab Vakhania, Tamar Turashvili, Vakhtang Nadareishvili. The graduates of Psychology department made a speech as well, they discussed the results of researches made by them. The graduates were awarded by the participation certificate.
