This working paper presents the Initial Independent Review of Taiwan Open Parliament Action Plan 2021-2024, which was prepared for the National Development Council, Taiwan. The Action Plan was developed through the Open Parliament Multi-Stakeholder Forum, with strong representation from civil society, and responds well to stakeholder priorities. To foster a co-creation spirit, the report welcomes any comments related to this working paper, that can be provided at openparliament@proton.me by 21st May, COB.
