On March 18th, the telecommunication Ombudsmen held an informative meeting with UG students within the framework of the International Consumer Protection Week.
The aim of the meeting was to raise awareness of students in the field of the costumer right in telecommunications, obligations of service providers’ and the competence of Public Defender's Office in these issues.
