On the online platform of Wolters Kluwer N.V., a Dutch multinational company that provides information, software, and services for accountants, doctors, lawyers, and other professionals, a monograph titled “Overview of Energy Law of Georgia” has been published within the framework of the International Encyclopedia of Laws.
The work is presented on behalf of the University of Georgia (Tbilisi) and authored by Irakli Samkharadze, Associate Professor in the field of European Law. The monograph provides a detailed analysis of Georgia’s existing energy policy, as well as the country’s preparedness regarding potential risks and positive developments.
