The First International Economic Conference about Europeanization of Economic Criminal Law
On November 4-5, 2016, with support of International German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation (IRZ) the first international economic conference about Europeanization of Economic Criminal Law was held at the University of Georgia, which was organized by the Institute of Georgian, German and International Criminal Law.
Conference was led by the professors from Universities of Germany:
Prof. Helmut Satsger (Munich)
Prof. Petra Wittig (Munich)
Prof. Martin Wasmer (Cologne)
Prof. Jorg Eisele (Tuebingen)
Prof. Bernd Heinrich (Tuebingen)
Dr. Anneke Petzsche (Berlin)
In cooperation with the Criminal Law and Criminal Procedure Law Institute of Koln the project was led by Prof. Wasmer. Georgian speakers were practicing lawyers, as well as professors. The conference was going on with interesting and intensive discussion in the background.
