On 19-24 June in Batumi was held a summer school on civil procedure, which was organized by The Law School of The University of Georgia. A scientific coordinator of this event were a professor of the School of Law Lali Lazarashvili, a lawyer and a former judge Ia Mariamidze and a lawyer of “House of Law” Sophiko Menabdishvili.
On the lectures were discussed practical questions and problems of civil procedure, how do the courts work in reality. Students had a great ability to acquaint with peculiarities of interesting cases and problem from the practice of the courts.
