On December 8th, within the framework of the Human Rights Week, the Law School Lecturer of the University of Georgia – Mr. Kakhaber Goshadze held a public lecture on “the Fundamental Principles of Personal Data Protection” at the National Parliamentary Library.
Issues of personal data protection and processing preconditions as well as their legal entitlement to application were discussed.
