School of IT, Engineering and Mathematics of the University of Georgia established Block chain Laboratory on campus. The Laboratory is equipped with block chain technology equipment.

Block chain Laboratory of the University of Georgia gives students unique opportunity to catch up with technological revolution and solve practical issues.

Additionally, there Block Chain Lab will offer trainings, seminars, master classes by Georgian and foreign mentors that will help students extend knowledge in block chain technology.

On 2nd of February, the Block chain Laboratory of the University of Georgia signed mutual cooperation memorandum with Block Chain Association Georgia and ISM –Block Chain Systems Institute. Cooperation strives to: develop block chain technologies in Georgia, raise awareness and connect concerned sides with each other.
