The closing event of the StartupNest project was held at the University of Georgia on June 28^th.  At the event, business ideas of 11 teams was presented.  The winning team became “DentTourism”, which   received   the check for GEL 5000 from the University of Georgia for business development purposes. The idea of “DentTourism” is to create a web portal for dental tourism.

The StartupNes project initiated by the University of Georgia, provides students with the opportunity to receive skills and resources necessary for entrepreneurship.  Through this program, participants have a chance to realize their own business ideas.

The jury entailed members from the public and private sectors such as: University of Georgia, Borjomi, Potters, Subway, Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, the Innovation and Technology.

The Startup Nest is currently implementing negotiations with international accelerators.
