Another success of University of Georgia Law School students. Several days ago the Tbilisi Court of Appeals issued important decision, in which a private complaint, drown up by the lawyers of the House of Law and master students of the University of Georgia - Sophiko Menabdishvili and Eliso Memanishvili, which was procedural right were vindicated. Those student through the law clinic practiced in the law firm “House of Law”, where later they were employed.
The court ruled that the demand about alimony is right of child and in the complained he can be mentioned as a plaintiff.
