Training “Hiring staff at the Organization”
Training Center “Contact” has hosted one more productive training: “Hiring staff at the Organization”.
Trainer Elizaveta Sologhashvili has discussed following topics:
- Considering demands of staff
- Organizing the staff
- Working over the strategy of hiring (domestic and external resources)
- Recruitment of candidates (recruitment of resources)
- Methods of hiring (interview, testing)
- Control and evaluation (criteria of evaluation).
