The University of Georgia Culinary Academy "Ars Gusto" has officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding with ALMA – Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana, one of the world's leading culinary institutions. Through this partnership, UG Culinary Academy becomes the only institution in the South Caucasus offering students direct access to ALMA’s internationally recognized educational platform and opportunities.
Located in the historic Reggia di Colorno Palace in Parma, Italy, ALMA is globally renowned for excellence in culinary education and for training Michelin-starred chefs, restaurateurs, and hospitality professionals.
The partnership will provide students with exchange opportunities, intensive training programs, and access to international educational experiences. Outstanding students from Ars Gusto will have the opportunity to continue their studies and participate in specialized programs at ALMA in Italy.
Applications for the Autumn intake are now open. Classes begin on September 15.
