Giorgi Bilanishvili invited lecturer. He is the Research Fellow at the Georgian Foundation for Strategic and International Studies since March 2018. He has 18 years of work experience in security policy, international policy and analytical fields. In 2014-2017 Mr. Bilanishvili worked at the Office of State Security and Crisis Management Council on the position of Director of External Security Department. Before that, 1999-2014 he worked at the Analytical Directorate of the Intelligence Service of Georgia.
