Tamara Shubladze – Invited Lecturer – leads the Business Psychology learning course. She got the degree of Master of Sciences in Applied Social Psychology from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. Also, Tamara Shubladze had taken the leadership and management program organized by Georgian Healthcare Group and Bank of Georgia University collaboration. T. Shubladze have been HR professional for many years, she has the experience of managing human resources in the organization, recruitment, learning processes management, leadership and training.
