He also has 25 years' experience in project management. 20 years of experience as a lecturer for AESCO, UG Newton School, USAID and FNF south Caucasus office. 12 years of work experience in the public sector. 10 years of editorial experience in book publishing. He is the coordinator of research on the activities of the regional self-government of Georgia "Municipalities index of Georgia" and the co-author of 2 academic research.
