Rusudan KupataSvili - Head of Integrated and Competence-Based Teaching at the Department of Medicine of the University of Georgia. Rusudan holds a Musters Degree in Health Administration from the University of Georgia and is currently a PhD student in Health Policy and Management at Ilia State University School of Business Administration. She has completed a Special American Business Internship Training Program (SABIT) in Washington, DC – Hospital Administration and Healthcare Management. Rusudan has considerable work experience in leadership roles both in private and state companies. This includes 14 years of experience in healthcare field: Development, implementation and management of organization HR Policy, administrative procedures and protocols for medical activities, organizational professional training programs, Development of strategy including strategic objectives, project planning and delivery.
