Lasha Kelikhashvili – Invited lecturer – Teaches course of Managerial Accounting. Lasha Kelikhashvili has obtained PhD degree in economics from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University. From 2024, Lasha Kelikhashvili is a CFA Charterholder. He has taken several training and certification programs in the fields of public finance management, Fiscal policy and financial market, organized by International Monetary Fund (IMF), World Bank (WB) and Joint Vienna Institute (JVI) in Georgia and Austria. Lasha Kelikhashvili works at State Audit Office of Georgia (SAOG) from 2018, where currently he is head of State Budget Analysis division.
