Role of AI in Combating Corruption in the US Federal Government: Case Study 2019–2024 - 2025

Dr. Irakli Petriashvili is a Certified Public Sector Auditor and Associate, specializing in enhancing accountability, transparency, and performance in public sector auditing. An Associate Researcher at the University of Sussex under the GI ACE Fellowship, he leverages artificial intelligence to strengthen Supreme Audit Institutions’ capacity to combat corruption. A Faculty Affiliate at Rutgers SPAA’s Transparency and Governance Center, he leads an IBM-funded project on AI-driven auditing and fraud detection.
