Nodar Ughrelidze - received the degree of Candidate of Technical Sciences in Odessa (Ukraine) at the S. Popov Electrotechnical Institute of Communications and the degree of Doctor of Technical Sciences at the Georgian Technical University. He has undergone training in the general course of modern teaching methodologies (Georgian Technical University / Iowa State University). He has published scientific papers and participated in many international scientific events. He has many years of pedagogical and scientific experience in the field of information and communication technologies, can conduct scientific research and give lecture courses in any discipline in this field with bachelors, masters and doctoral students.
