Teona Baghaturia – Invited Lecturer – leads Organizational Culture and Motivation studies. She holds MSc in Global Human Resource Management from University of Liverpool, MA in Jurisprudence and BA in Western European Languages and Literature from Tbilisi State University. Teona has vast experience in management, HRM, organizational development, organizational behavior, and business process mapping. Currently, Teona is a business consultant, trainer, and mentor in management, HRM, organizational development, organizational behavior, and cultural differences.
