Shota Qobalia- invited lecturer- is in charge of the Human Rights Clinic. He has graduated bachelor’s degree from the Free University of Tbilisi. Fields of specialization include Constitutional Law and Human Rights law. Shota is a Lawyer of the non-governmental organization Georgian Democracy Initiative since the 2018 year. He is actively involved in constitutional legal proceedings and drafting analytic reports on problematic issues of human rights law. Shota is a lecturer at Franklin Club (law module) since 2021. He is the author of public blogs and publications regarding doctrinal issues of constitutional justice.
